Moonlight Trust is currently accepting donations for Qurbani, which is the sacrifice of an animal such as a sheep or goat that takes place during the Islamic month of Dhul Hijjah. Islamically, at least one-third of the meat of the animal must go to the poor/vulnerable, and Moonlight Trust pledge that 100% of your donations for Qurbani will go to the neediest, and in particular to some of the 5000+ refugees living in Greece.
Your Qurbani donations will give many people the rare chance to eat meat, which is a luxury that being a refugee in an overworked and overburdened camp cannot afford.
