Moonlight Trust would like to give a huge thank you to everyone who came to support us at our ‘Spotlight on Moonlight Trust’ Charity Dinner on 16 October at MyLahore Leeds!
We were overwhelmed by the support and solidarity we received from those who attended from places far and wide including Sheffield, Bradford, Manchester, and more; our prestigious guests included Richard Burgeon MP for Leeds East and Lord Mayor of Leeds Cllr Asghar Khan.
Our appreciation extends to Hanif Malik for fundraising for the event, as well as MyLahore Leeds for hosting our event wonderfully.
Over 200 volunteers have contributed to Moonlight Trust’s mission to alleviate poverty, illness, and social justice, and over 70,000 lives have been impacted by the work we do. We hope that this event highlighted to our loyal supporters and volunteers just how much we value your time and effort in helping us to make a difference where it matters the most.
Thank you once again: Moonlight Trust was borne out of a tragedy and a burning desire to provide justice for some of the world’s most vulnerable individuals and with the help of our supporters, we have greatly expanded our reach and missions, whilst providing aid to thousands of people. Together we can do so much more, and we hope to continue impacting people’s lives for the better.
