One of our key aims is to support women with their goals and to empower them to take control of their futures and aim high; one of the ways that we do this is through our Raising Women Leaders Programme.

Aysha Lorgat:
'My name is Aysha Lorgat, I'm a mother of two and carer for two family members. When I was single, I studied, went to college and Uni. However, since I got married I have not been working for 10 years. I really wanted to work on building my confidence and employability skills so I could progress with my career aspirations. I joined Moonlight Trust as they were offering a career management program for women which helped me find confidence again after being away from employment and education for such a long time.
I truly enjoyed the raising aspirations aspect of the training as I met great role models as well and inspiring people. I am also volunteering at royal voluntary service and progresses with professional training."
